China Star Group is excited to introduce Golden Dragon Grill, the newest brand in our restaurant portfolio. Golden Dragon Grill brings a premium hibachi-style dining experience to the mall environment, featuring chef-prepared meals cooked on an open grill.

The concept was developed over two years of research and menu testing, drawing inspiration from Japanese teppanyaki and Asian fusion cuisine. The menu features premium proteins including USDA Choice steak, fresh salmon, and jumbo shrimp, paired with house-made sauces and seasonal vegetables.

The first five Golden Dragon Grill locations are now open in select malls across Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, with plans to expand to 15 locations by the end of 2026.
