China Star Group is elevating the dining experience at select China Star Buffet locations with a brand-new enhanced sushi bar concept. The upgraded sushi bars feature an expanded menu of over 30 sushi and sashimi options, all prepared fresh by our trained sushi chefs.

The new concept includes a live preparation counter where guests can watch as their sushi rolls are made to order. The enhanced menu adds premium options including Rainbow Rolls, specialty Dragon Rolls, and seasonal sashimi plates.

"Our guests love the sushi bar — it's consistently one of the most popular stations at our buffets," said the VP of Culinary Operations. "This upgrade gives them even more variety and a front-row seat to the artistry of sushi making."

The enhanced sushi bar is currently available at 15 locations and will expand to all China Star Buffet restaurants by mid-2026.
